Often emotions will drive a desire to be creative. If things are going well - paint. If things aren’t going well - paint. Both moods bring forth a result. And nothing is ever really complete, layer upon layer of fafo….

Creating art…the thing that’s so amazing is, I love that I step out of existence during the process. That’s the therapeutic benefit. It’s about distracting our minds in an effort to bring about positive change…

I’m incredibly abstract by design due to the overwhelming amount of trauma and addictions faced, so acting like a juvenile as an artist suits me just fine. I identify as an artist lol? I can do that ya? Sure I can…..fake it, till ya make it….;)

I have a map of my path of healing. That’s all it is.
